Jeffrey is a skilled craftsman and he is as meticulous with the quality of his firewood as he was with our fireplace installation five years ago. He is delightful to deal with, and I'm so thankful to have this source of high quality, clean, dry wood which burns beautifully to keep our home warm.

We purchased a Quadra-Fire Expedition II which was installed into an existing open fireplace in an old property. Jeffrey and Liam were great throughout the whole process - advice, delivery, installation and communication. We absolutely love the unit and how much more warmth we now have in our living area. We also really appreciate the quality of their fuel products. Although we had wood to burn, a lot of it was damp, so getting their double split ironbark helped with getting great fires going and we love the kindling and natural firelighters. Thanks guys for great service and great products.

Liam and Jeff are fantastic to deal with. I have used the iron bark split wood 14KG box [bought about 15 boxes because its such good quality]

The pit boss premium charcoal was another fantastic product with great heat which. the iron bark was good on longer cooks using the offset smoker and i could use the premium charcoal in the chimney to get things going and then to keep the fire at temp if need be and also if the cook was almost done and i didn't want to add a full log in.

I'm always looking around for natural Firestarter's which they offer which does a great job and its not full of chemicals etc like others.

I will be keen to try the honeybrix logs, wood chips and perhaps even some seasoning options next.

For great quality products i wouldn't go anywhere else, the team are great, delivery was easy and on time.

Very pleased with the product and service I received at Atmosphere. I purchased a Gas Fireplace for the renovations on my home and had Atmosphere install it. The service guys explained the operation and service of the unit i purchased and im very happy with it.

We would definitely recommend Jeff and Liam. They were very happy to explore solutions with our old fireplace that in the end needed to be replaced not repaired. They were very respectful in looking after our home including the surrounding garden as they worked to remove and install. Incredibly kind, understanding and accommodating when the new install required a few additional requirements that were a surprise. Our new fireplace looks amazing and we are super happy and will definitely have them back to maintain and clean the flue which we didn't even realise needed maintenance every few years! Amazing customer service, highly recommended

Jeffrey and Liam worked together to install an expedition 2 fire insert into existing unused chimney which had been plastered over. The crew were hard working and professional, communication was great and I'm very happy with the result. Despite covid snap lockdown delaying install date, Jeffrey rebooked install date promptly. There was an after service fault with the unit that Jeffrey also helped to resolve. Nothing better than a fireplace as the weather turns cold.

From installation of our fireplace, through to the supply of our wood and kindling, Jeff and the boys are always professional.

Recently had an issue with a 2nd hand jetmaster fireplace. Main issue was a lot of the parts weren't genuine. But we didn't realise that and installed it. When we we lit the fire we had smoke coming out of the downlights. So not an ideal situation.

We rang jetmaster and they recommended Jeff from Atmosphere and he couldn't have been more helpful. It was difficult job as the fire place was bricked in. He took a day to fix it and built a cast iron frame for no extra charge. And installed all genuine jetmaster parts. His work and crafstmanship was first rate. We made an error and he fixed it at a reasonable rate. He knows his business and I'd highly recommend him.

Not very helpful at all. Attempted calling and got hung up on twice. I was asked to text and when I sent my enquiry about installing ducted heating I got a reply saying “we are booked out”. Obviously doesn’t want my business so will have to go elsewhere
